DiSG® - for better communication, collaboration and team success
The DiSG® model describes four personality styles - Dominant, Proactive, Steady and Conscientious - and thus provides a concrete tool for understanding behavioral patterns. This knowledge makes it possible to avoid conflicts, reduce stress and take a more targeted approach - both within the internal team and when dealing with customers.
In an environment characterized by hybrid collaboration, a shortage of skilled workers, cultural diversity and change fatigue, DiSG® provides orientation and security. Those who understand themselves and others better approach each other more consciously - and create a working environment in which collaboration succeeds and performance is a pleasure. The aim is to consciously dock onto the other person instead of thinking in pigeonholes.
Application areas at a glance:
- Individual coaching & leadership development: broadening perspectives, personal profiling, dealing with uncertainty
- Team coaching & team development: improving interaction, understanding roles and conflict prevention
- Organizational development & culture: Targeted recruiting, positioning of suitable profiles, optimized composition of high-performance teams
The targeted use of DiSG® creates a common understanding - as the basis for more effective communication, successful leadership and team-oriented collaboration. At the same time, a growth space is created in which individual strengths are reliably recognized and promoted.

SCRUM
Scrum is a framework for a specific type of project management. The focus is on lean processes, step-by-step implementation (= sprints) and ongoing feedback loops. This approach makes it possible to implement solutions particularly close to the customer's needs and to constantly incorporate improvements/changes.
The term Scrum comes from the English language and means something like "scrum" (e.g. a team in a soccer match). This is intended to illustrate the close cooperation within the team and the focused work in phases.
The beginnings of Scrum go back to the Japanese scientists Ikujirō Nonaka and Hirotaka Takeuchi. The two software developers Jeff Sutherland and Ken Schwaber formalized their ideas and published the Scrum framework in 1995.
We help you to introduce SCRUM into your organization and support your teams and key roles in their individual development. Through this support, reflection and targeted further development take place in a sustainable manner.
PERMA-Lead ®

Action-oriented work
Experience-oriented work aims to demonstrate and make visible one's own actions, behaviors or group dynamics through specially selected exercises. Through one's own active involvement, experience-oriented work allows for personal development. By means of externally generated "adventures", "experiences" or group dynamic exercises, the participants are led out of their comfort zone and into the learning zone with appropriate guidance. The resulting experiences are transferred to everyday life through guided reflection and a bridge is built to the operational activities in the respective organizations and companies.
The fun of doing the exercises and the joy of doing them create positive learning moments that are internalized particularly easily and successfully.
