Based on the 12 success factors of high-performance teams from the University of St. Gallen, we have developed a tool to make the current status of your teams comprehensible and transparently measurable.

Different aspects of teamwork - from role clarity, fun, creativity and trust to effectiveness, meaning and purpose - are evaluated anonymously by the team members and processed by us as a result.

The evaluation clearly shows where there is a need for action and, with repeated use, it is possible to track developments. These needs for action are then addressed in the team development training sessions and workshops.
